Press Release Body: Bend, Oregon, October 22, 2008 -- tbd, a full-service marketing
firm, today announced that its work has been recognized by the 29th Annual Telly
Awards and the 2008 Create Awards, both international competitions for advertising.

"A platform of our culture is to question the status quo and ensure that we are
continually moving forward with fresh thinking and concepts for our clients," said
Paul Evers, president and chief creative director for the firm. "It's an undeniable
honor to be recognized by our peers at such a high level. Participating in
competitive programs such as Create and the Telly Awards provides us with the
opportunity to celebrate the bold and imaginative spirit of our clients and our
team."

tbd's "The Man Who Couldn't Wave" television commercial in Bend won two awards at
the 29th Annual Telly Awards, which receives more than 14,000 entries from all 50
states and many foreign countries. This advertisement was part of a campaign to
convey the neighborly spirit of NorthWest Crossing, an innovative mixed-use
community located in Bend, Oregon. It was also a finalist at the Cannes Lions
Advertising Festival last year. Footage from the commercial was also re-edited to
create a short film which was featured in the BendFilm Festival.

The 2008 calendar "A Walk in Our Shoes" for non-profit group Caldera won the silver
award for collateral design in the 2008 Create Awards. The calendar features
photography and poetry from Oregon youth participating in Caldera's art programs.
The calendar was used as a fund-raising piece for the organization. The promotional
poster for the 2007 BendFilm festival also won a silver award in this competition.
This year's Create Award entries spanned the globe, and were judged by 20 leading
professionals from eight creative industries. Only 361 awards were chosen out of the
more than 1,500 entries. Winning pieces from the Create Awards will be on display at
a hands-on gallery at Create Chaos 2008, an industry event being held next week in
Orlando, FL.
